Sorry so long.  I went to Egypt where there were as many police and soldiers as tourists and could still smell Sarkozy’s visit in Luxor where he showed off his torrid love affair with Carla Bruni to the world media.  I walked through the desert at Aswan and was also able to contemplate a lost civilization which gave us much of what we take for granted today, from the twenty-four hour day to the stethoscope to circumcision.

Then it was off to the Alps in Austria and Switzerland for sun and sauna.  I’m back now and plan on maintaining my blog.  Hope you like it.
