Greenlanders ! Think thrice before opting to become Americans.

Denmark offers free, universal, healthcare for all. In the US you will have to pay through the teeth for private insurance which covers little in comparison, and with which you will spend much time fighting to get them to cover what they are supposed to. When you get to a US hospital, they will ask you for your credit card before they ask you where it hurts and will discharge you much sooner than the Danes.

The reason why there are fewer deaths reported in the hospitals in the US is because they send people home to die to keep their statistics favorable. You won’t be sent home to suffer by the Danes if you are terminal.

2024 Antipodes

Yes, every word has its ‘Anti.’ But 2024 also demonstrated that repeating lies enough does not cause most people to believe they are true.

Its promoters, as mainstream pundits, have confused many well-meaning people, leading to ruptures in family and friendship relations.

Anti-zionism is not Antisemitism

Nobody can say “I didn’t know.”

It is amazing that, after all we have seen, there are those who still tax critics of Israel as “antisemites.” We are not antisemites. Those who cover up for Israel should know that, unlike with the Nazis, thanks to social media today, they will never be able to say: “We didn’t know.”

“The next guy who calls me an antisemite gets my fist in his face!” Thierry said a couple of months after Israel began its most recent genocide attempt in Gaza.

Germany’s right wing  Alternatif für Deutschland, AFD, made strong showings in the eastern German states of Thuringia, first place with 33%, and Saxony, one point behind the conservative CDU, on September 1, as was expected. Although these were state elections, their consequences are shaking the country’s foundations.

Zionists Want to Make You an Antisemite: Don’t Let Them!

I have often told my students that if they want a career in journalism there are certain ‘truths‘ they should not question in public such as the Warren Commission Report, or the official version of what happened on 9/11, or Israel’s right to exist. Here is yet another nail in my professional coffin.

The Zionists would have you believe that Israel represents all Jews and that therefore, in light of Gaza, all Jews appear to be racist, genocidal, sociopaths. They try to convince you that any criticism or rejection of Israel is antisemitism. They paint themselves as the victims of discrimination when they are the perpetrators of atrocities. 

In reality, millions of Jews, especially in the UK and USA, probably the majority, are horrified by Israel’s crimes against humanity, war crimes, and state terrorism.

Another Piece of Paris Ripped Away

Over the past 40 years, the working class population of Paris has been gradually pushed further and further outside of the city as the new rich take over. One of the last areas in southern Paris is holding on by a thread: La Butte Aux Cailles.

I started coming to Le Temps Des Cérises restaurant when it was first opened by a collective of anarchists in 1976. At the time La Butte aux Cailles was a run-down, working-class area, with cheap hotels that rented rooms to North Africa immigrant workers, a PMU horse betting café and a couple of bars.

Olympic Champ Tommie Smith still raises Clinched Fist 56-Years Later.

Tommie Smith shocked the world of sports when, after winning the two-hundred-meter Gold Medal in the 1968 Mexico City Olympics, he raised a black-gloved fist and bowed his head during the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner to protest discrimination in the United States. Third-placed African American, John Carlos, did the same.

But that display of protest to racism in America almost never happened. John Carlos “forgot to bring his black gloves” even though they had planned it before. So, Tommie gave Carlos his other glove and that is why Tommie has his right gloved fist raised while Carlos his left.

“I question to this day what is the reason for the possibility he forgot his gloves in the first place,” Tommie told reporters of the Anglo-American Press Association on June 11th. “We all have flawed minds, but I feel if you have events such as this, you can’t forget.”

Paris-2024 – Opening Ceremony in Question

French authorities are having second thoughts on their ambitious plan to hold the Olympic opening ceremony on the river Seine. “There are Plans B and C which we are preparing in parallel,” the French president, Emanuel Macron, said on April 15. Macron said he was working for an “Olympic truce” for Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan… and that he would “ask” Chinese president, Xi Jinping, to help achieve it.

From the beginning, those in charge of Olympic security have been hostile to the idea of an opening ceremony, originally planned with over 200 boats sailing six kilometers down the Seine while more than 600,000 people stand along the quays watching the athletes and the artists.
